If you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer's decision, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee within 30 days (Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, rule 3A) at gac.gov.in. For a complaint about a purchase you can also contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915, consumerhelpline.gov.in) or file a consumer complaint online at edaakhil.nic.in.
