Delete your Engane.AI account

How to delete your account

1. Open the Engane.AI app (Android) or sign in at engane.ai.
2. Go to Profile (ഞാൻ) → Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and tap Email me a code.
4. Enter the 6-digit code we send to your account's email address.
5. Confirm with Permanently delete. You are signed out straight away.

Can't sign in? Email support@engane.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.

Before you delete

• Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or it keeps renewing.
• Any credits left on the account are lost when it is deleted.

What is deleted

Your account and everything linked to it: your profile (name, email, phone, location and preferences), your conversations and messages, lesson and game progress, credits, subscription and payment records, and your sign-in sessions.

What is kept, and for how long

• The account stops working the moment you confirm: you are signed out on every device and no one can sign in to it.
• We keep the account and its data for 7 days to protect against mistaken or unauthorised deletion. After 7 days they are permanently deleted.
• After that we keep only a minimal record that the account was deleted — an internal ID and the dates, with no messages, name, email or other content.
