Refunds & Cancellations

Our plans

Engane.AI offers prepaid subscription plans (Basic and Advanced) billed in Indian Rupees (INR) for a fixed duration — daily, monthly, or yearly. Plans are one-time payments processed securely via Cashfree Payments: there is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge. When a plan period ends, your account simply returns to the free tier unless you purchase again.

Cancellations

Because plans are prepaid for a fixed duration and never auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel — you will not be charged again unless you make a new purchase. You may stop using the service at any time; unused days of an active plan are not refundable except in the cases below.

Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund of a payment when:

• you were charged but your plan was not activated on your account;
• you were charged more than once for the same order; or
• a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service you paid for.

A failed payment attempt that was debited from your bank/UPI account but not received by us is automatically reversed by your bank or the payment network, typically within 5–7 business days.

To request a refund, write to support@engane.ai within 7 days of the payment, including the email address of your Engane.AI account and the payment date/amount. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
