1 credit = ₹1. Each reply is charged in proportion to what it actually costs to produce. On Sarvam-105B a typical text reply uses well under one credit (about 0.2–0.5); a full voice turn (listening, the reply and its spoken audio) about 2–5 credits, depending on how long the spoken reply is; and a message with a photo or document (answered by Claude) a few credits. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months and are shared between the website and the Android app.
A monthly credit allowance at a better rate than packs, a higher daily message limit (Basic 200, Advanced 500, Elite 1,000 a day), plus the plan's features. Website plans are prepaid and never auto-renew; a yearly plan costs ten months and its credits are ten months' worth, added at the start and usable all year.
