• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not violate any applicable laws or regulations

Engane.AI provides:

• AI-powered chatbot services in Malayalam language
• Voice conversation capabilities
• Text-to-speech and speech-to-text features
• Web search integration for current information
• Conversation history and memory features

You may NOT use Engane.AI to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Spread misinformation or fake news
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to bypass safety measures or restrictions
• Use automated systems to access the service excessively
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
• Use the service for spam or commercial solicitation

• The Engane.AI name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
• The website design, code, and AI systems are our intellectual property
• You retain ownership of the content you create and share
• By using our service, you grant us a license to process your inputs to provide responses
• We do not claim ownership of your conversations

• Free tier users receive limited daily messages
• Paid subscriptions provide additional features and message limits
• Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments in INR
• Plans are prepaid for a fixed duration and do NOT auto-renew — you are never charged again without a new purchase
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Engane.AI is a product of THOMPSON CONSULTING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, Pune, Maharashtra, India (see Contact Us)

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
• Sections on intellectual property and limitation of liability survive termination

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
