How to prepare for this track
Mathematics accounts for half the paper. Practise algebra, functions, coordinate geometry, calculus and probability alongside physics and chemistry.
The engineering entrance test is different from the KEAM admission portal used for other courses. Medical admission uses NEET; architecture admission uses NATA.
Use a short subject practice first, review each error, then attempt a timed 150-question mock. The app score is a raw practice score, not the CEE normalised score or admission rank.
- Read the organising authority’s syllabus and mark the topics you have already studied.
- Take a fixed mock without pausing the timer. Record weak subjects and the questions where you guessed.
- Review the explanations, revisit the source material, then use a custom set for focused practice. Return to a different fixed mock to check progress.
TRY THE METHOD
A worked practice example
The displacement of an object is s(t) = 2t² + 3t metres. What is its instantaneous velocity at t = 4 seconds?
Reveal the answer and explanation
19 m/s.Velocity is the derivative of displacement: v(t) = 4t + 3. Substitute t = 4 to obtain 16 + 3 = 19 m/s.
Original illustrative exercise. This is a foundation example, not an official question or a statement of full exam difficulty.
What these mocks cover
Foundation practice from a growing bank, including numerical variations. It does not yet cover every syllabus topic or reproduce official question difficulty. These are original practice papers, not previous-year papers.
Fixed variants can share questions. Numerical variations practise the same concepts with different values. The bank has automated format and scoring checks; expert review and broader topic coverage remain ongoing work. Use official study material and previous papers from the authority alongside these exercises.
Questions and answers are saved to your account during an attempt. Keep an internet connection: after the deadline, only answers already received by the server count. Submitting unlocks the explanations and makes the result final.
Questions about KEAM Engineering practice
How many questions are in the KEAM Engineering practice paper?
This preset contains 150 questions and runs for 180 minutes. 2026: 150 questions, five choices each, 180 minutes; +4 / −1.
Is KEAM Engineering practice free?
These fixed mocks and custom practice sets use no AI credits. Sign in with a verified Engane.AI account to save attempts. Up to 40 attempts can be started in a rolling 24-hour period.
Are these official or previous-year question papers?
No. These are original foundation exercises, numerical variations and selected sourced PSC questions. Foundation practice from a growing bank, including numerical variations. It does not yet cover every syllabus topic or reproduce official question difficulty. These are original practice papers, not previous-year papers.
How does the mock leaderboard work?
Each fixed paper has its own leaderboard. Only the first opening of that paper is eligible, and only if you choose to participate. Results are ordered by marks, then time taken. Matching marks and times share a rank. Custom sets and repeat attempts are unranked. These are unproctored practice rankings, not official results.
Can I practise in Malayalam?
Selected PSC general-knowledge questions have Malayalam translations. The Malayalam subject uses Malayalam. Other questions are currently in English; choosing Malayalam does not translate the entire paper.
