Most of us already write Malayalam in English letters — “sukhamano?” on WhatsApp. In the Engane chat box you type exactly the same way. When a space, comma or full stop ends a word, that word turns into Malayalam script: “sukhamano” becomes “സുഖമാണോ”. The last word converts when you send.
